Chinatown Community Development Center
The mission of the Chinatown Community Development Center is to build community and enhance the quality of life for low-income residents of San Francisco. Currently, we manage 23 affordable housing buildings, serving over 2,100 low-income seniors, formerly homeless adults, and families in the Chinatown, North Beach, Tenderloin and Polk Gulch neighborhoods. We are committed to assisting and supporting our tenants in retaining their housing, living independently, and achieving their personal goals so that they become their own advocates to effect change for themselves and their communities

Opportunity Impact helps our most vulnerable youth gain the skills and support needed to become self-sufficient before they enter high school. Opportunity Impact's rigorous 5 year program works with some of the toughest to reach kids and insures that they are on the path to high school graduation and college. |

4C The Power
4C the Power is a (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to connecting youth with their culture, creativity and community through building their confidence by involving them in all aspects of visual and performing arts. Working with professional artists, known as 4C Mentors, the youth discover their talent and potential during workshops, and then share it through showcase performances, exhibitions, and presentations. Youth involved in 4C the Power are more connected to their education and community which it at the heart of creating self reliant and productive communities. |

Small Schools for Equity
Small Schools for Equity (SSE) advances innovative education reform policies and programs to help diverse urban youth achieve their full potential and build connected, socially just communities. We are a nonprofit founded in 2000 by teachers and community members seeking a model of schooling designed to help San Francisco students achieve academic success. In 2003, we established the political base to open June Jordan School for Equity (JJSE) and since then have been providing the support and funding necessary to build and develop high quality academic and extracurricular programs for JJSE. |

Vietnamese Youth Development Center
Since 1979, the Vietnamese Youth Development Center (VYDC) has provided educational support, leadership development and employment services, culture-bridging activities and a safe, nurturing environment in the heart of Tenderloin District for underserved Southeast Asian and neighborhood youth. Serving over 1000 youth between the ages of 12 to 24 years old each year from all ethnic groups and neighborhoods in San Francisco, VYDC is a unique resource for the Southeast Asian and Tenderloin community, helping young people and their families meet cultural challenges and overcome barriers to success. |

Lincoln Child Center
Lincoln Child Center was founded in 1883 as the region's first volunteer-run, non-sectarian, and fully integrated orphanage. In 1951, Lincoln began serving abused, neglected and emotionally challenged children and today, as a highly respected provider of children's services, Lincoln has a continuum of programs to serve challenged children and families throughout the Bay Area. Our community-based services include early intervention programs in the Oakland and Pittsburg School Districts aimed at stopping the cycle of violence, abuse and mental health problems for at-risk children and families; In Alameda County, Lincoln provides support to over 400 relative caregivers through the Kinship Support Services Program; For children needing a higher level of intervention and care, Lincoln is only on of two Residential Treatment Programs in the East Bay designed to serve the most severely emotionally disturbed children ages 6-14, nearly 80% of whom are survivors of abuse, neglect and abandonment. |

Pin@y Educational Partnerships
Established in 2001, Pin@y Educational Partnerships is a teaching pipeline that focuses on training critical educators to better serve the youth of San Francisco. In PEP, we teach and learn Filipina/o American studies and ethnic studies. PEP serves Kindergarten to Doctoral students at Balboa High School, Burton High School, Denman Middle School, Bessie Charmichael/Filipino Educational Center, Longfellow Elementary School, City College of San Francisco, and San Francisco State University. Kababayan Program of Skyline College
Filipino and Filipino American students are one of the two largest Asian American/Pacific Islander groups in the Skyline College service area, currently at about 20% of the student body. To address the needs of this growing population, the Kababayan Program was created.
The Kababayan Program is a transfer and community support program with the goal of increasing proficiency in English skills for success in college, work, and life. It is open to all students and focuses on the Filipino and Filipino American student experience. |
