Attendees may not bring their own food or drink into Bill Graham Civic Auditorium during the event. Concession stands and beverage bars will be available for food and drink purchases.

MYX will be recording this concert event for television broadcast. MYX. ABS-CBN international has the exclusive right to use any and all footage recorded at the MYX Mash event.

Smoking is prohibited in the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.

ABS-CBN International exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Myx Mash Concert and all recordings thereof. ABS-CBN International will be recording the entire Myx Mash Concert, or any portion thereof, including activities before and after the Myx Mash Concert proper (collectively, the "Event") for television broadcasting, streaming, use and/or exhibition by any and all means worldwide. All persons attending the Event may be videotaped live or recorded for future use. By attending the Event, you agree that (a) you may be photographed, videotaped, or recorded by ABS-CBN International; (b) ABS-CBN international has the exclusive right (but not the obligation) in perpetuity, worldwide, to use, exhibit, distribute, edit, record, store, sell, license or otherwise transfer ownership or rights thereunder to any third party, any and all footages of you, including your image, likeness, appearance, name, or voice in and at the Event (the "Footages"), in any broadcast, exhibition, publicity, promotion, distribution or use of the live or recorded Event; (c) you waive your rights in connection with the use, broadcast, distribution, streaming or exhibition of the Footages and release ABS-CBN International, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, as well as their officers, employees, shareholders, directors, agents or representatives, from any and all claims which you may have in connection therewith.
